Week 3

By now, each of you is ready to work on your prototype (project) for the class. We have already done the analysis, and are in the design and development stages of the ADDIE model. Remember that each step requires evaluation.

The pieces of the design process will now be built over the next few weeks. We start with the flowchart – move to the storyboard – construct the prototype, conduct our usability testing, and present our final working version.

We are now in the full swing of what our work will center on for this course. Time to reflect on what you want to accomplish through your project is needed at this point Each of you will identify what your project is in the next week or two.

I truly do appreciate the opportunity to work with each of you during this term. Your commitment to your profession is evident through the quality of time and work you put into your APU work. While at times it may seem to be too much with all of your daily lives and jobs, the benefits will shine through, and your students and colleagues will be blessed because of your efforts. Keep pressing forward!
